Regarding cancellations on the same day (from 0:00 onward)

For guests reserving only a seat, a seating fee of 3,300 yen (tax included) per person will be charged.

For customers who booked a course or birthday plate, the course fee will be charged.

In cases where there are discrepancies with the phone number provided at the time of booking, your reservation may be canceled.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, we may give priority to waiting customers.

Cancellations due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters are not eligible.
